Fine & Country wins best marketing award again

Fine & Country is delighted with its fifth consecutive win at the International Property Awards 2013 for ‘Best Real Estate Agency Marketing UK’.

Despite being in just its 11th year, the Fine & Country brand has grown from strength to strength, surpassing long established estate agencies with its innovative use of tailored marketing tools and approach to lifestyle marketing.

The awards, sponsored by Virgin Atlantic, Gaggenau and Yamaha, mark the end to an incredible year for Fine & Country, having opened 22 new offices in just 12 months throughout the UK and Europe.

Fine & Country’s marketing & IT director Richard Combellack said: “I am so proud of how far the company has grown in such a short space of time. I would like to thank all of my team and agents across the network for their continued support and we can’t wait to take on the world in the international entry in December.”

The International Property Awards ceremony and gala banquet took place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in October. Now in its 19th year, the awards are billed as being the property industry’s most prestigious programme. No other estate agency has won such a highly regarded award five years in a row, making history within the industry.

Leading the way in the luxury sector, Fine & Country is now positioned as one of the most innovative and successful luxury brands in the UK.

Fine & Country’s cutting-edge estate agency marketing stands apart from the standard industry approach and believes a special property requires a more sophisticated and intelligent form of promotion.

“Never standing still, our dedicated team have concentrated on the consistent improvement and development of the brand in every aspect of marketing, communication and relationship management, never afraid to explore new avenues, rise to challenges and to ‘boldly go where no brand has gone before.

“Fine & Country offices all over the world take great pride in this recognition and in the delivery of our marketing message to bring people, property and places together, taking care along the way to enhance the character and location of every property of which we are privileged to be instructed.”

Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Awards, said: “In such a highly industrialised region as the United Kingdom, the standards for excellence are very high. These winning companies have stood out from the crowd by creating unique and innovative properties that elevate the character and appearance of UK towns and cities.”
