Heritage’s new website goes live

Heritage Property has launched its new website.... www.heritageproperty.co.uk

It’s packed full of local area information including videos and landmark photography, more about the company, its staff and news, testimonials and the usual options to search for the very latest properties available to buy or to let.

There is also lots of interesting information about the property market whether you are buying, selling or renting.

Heritage Property will also be the first local agent to start using floor plans for all their rental properties, which will not only be a huge benefit to tenants but it will also ensure their landlord’s properties are viewed more than those without them.

The company also needs some help finishing off the local area information section of the website.

It is looking to add two additional pictures for each of the featured locations.

All you have to do is to email your pictures and contact information to richard.hill@heritageproperty.co.uk and, for everyone they use, the company will donate £20 to their chosen charity – Get Ahead.

You will also be entered into a prize draw to win a luxurious food hamper worth over £200.

Also, if your home town or village is not currently featured on the website and you’d like it to be, let them know or, better still, why not email them with your own description of where you live and some photos and they will add them to the site.

The website also features a new Business Directory which will provide listings of local businesses and trades people.

Managing director Richard Hill, said; “From our own experience of letting and managing over 1,000 properties every year and selling many more, we know how hard it can be to find professional, honest and reliable local businesses and trades people.

“We have been lucky to forge some excellent business relationships over the years but we appreciate that it can be a hard task for our clients and members of the public to find local businesses and trades that they can trust.

“Once it goes ‘live’ in the new year the Business Directory will provide contact information for many respected local businesses, trades and professionals from several different sectors.

“You will be able to learn more about each of their businesses, read testimonials and references, view videos and photos, see details of their professional qualifications as well as link to their websites.”

Tied in with the launch of the website is the introduction of a new Facebook page and regular tweets on Twitter.

Richard added: “I wanted to do something to personalise our business rather than just using these social network tools as a medium to advertise our properties.

“Our business is all about people and I think it’s important that our customers know not only what goes on behind the scenes, but also about the people behind the business and the things we do as a company to support the local community.

“I will be personally regularly tweeting and pasting on Facebook wall and I hope people will follow us and like us as it will prove that people really care and want to know about who they are doing business with. Trust is vital for us.”

Heritage will also shortly become the first local agent to become “transparent” on www.allagents.co.uk.

This website is designed to lay your company bare to the world by enabling your customers to say what they really think about your business and the service that it provides.

Richard said: “We believe in having a complete openness and honesty about the way our business operates and think that asking our customers and clients to review us will definitely contribute towards this.

“Of course, we know all the reviews won’t all be positive but we will look to learn from any negative ones and we think it will create a much better picture of the company as against agents that just endlessly add positive ‘homemade’ reviews to their own websites.”
