Kenilworth’s Brian Holt looks forward to a busy autumn
A busy summer in the property market in Kenilworth has set the tone for a buoyant autumn, says the manager of the town’s branch of estate agency Brian Holt.
Sales in the town and surrounding area rose by 86 per cent in August compared with the same month in 2013. Mailing list requests rose by 10 per cent and viewings were up 30 per cent.
Kenilworth manager Julie Philpot explained: “These figures underline the fact that the market is busy and that people still want to move. We’re looking forward to September and October remaining active – they are usually good sales months.”
