Laura is new manager at Connells in Chase Meadow

Laura brings ten years estate agency experience to the Connells team and joins at an exciting time in the local property market with more and more buyers looking to purchase a property.

Since Laura’s arrival at the Connells branch, the Chase Meadow office has picked up the company’s coveted ‘Branch of the Month’ award in both March and April this year.

Laura is looking forward to building upon the branch’s success and helping as many local home buyers and sellers as possible in the months ahead.

Laura previously worked on behalf of major, national developer Bovis Homes. She is confident her previous experience working for a housebuilder will be a major asset to Connells customers. Her knowledge of the building process will help make the buying and selling process of the new Chase Meadow development a smooth one.

Laura said: “I am thrilled to take on the branch manager role here at Connells.

“ I hope my past experience will be beneficial to local customers and the team can help as many people as possible move home.

“The local housing market is buzzing at the moment, although we are finding the supply of properties for sale is not keeping up with demand.

“With properties achieving good prices and selling very quickly, I would urge anyone who has been thinking of selling to get in touch to have a chat about their property.”
