Local Warwick homebuyers benefit as Crest Nicholson launches new Shared Ownership Scheme

Local housebuilder Crest Nicholson has launched Smart Own, its new Shared Ownership scheme in Warwick. The scheme, which is now available on at its Montague Point development, is designed to help people onto the housing ladder and delivered in partnership with Legal & General Affordable Homes.

The Smart Own Shared Ownership Scheme is available on a number of homes at the popular Warwick development, including the two-bedroom Ashtead housetype. Situated within the rural heart of Warwickshire, Montague Point offers home buyers the best of town and country living, as it is within an ideal commuter town, with beautiful walking routes along the canal and the longest river in the UK, the River Avon.

The scheme will be available to eligible buyers with a household income of less than £80,000, and whose income covers the monthly costs. They can purchase up to 75% of the property, and pay a subsided rent on the remaining share.
