Local housebuilder Crest Nicholson has launched Smart Own, its new Shared Ownership scheme in Warwick. The scheme, which is now available on at its Montague Point development, is designed to help people onto the housing ladder and delivered in partnership with Legal & General Affordable Homes.

The Smart Own Shared Ownership Scheme is available on a number of homes at the popular Warwick development, including the two-bedroom Ashtead housetype.
