Luke joins Connells to help cope with busy market

Connells in Leamington typically reports a huge upturn in requests for rental property in spring and the Euston Place branch has been so busy that it has appointed Luke Morton as senior negotiator to cope with the increase in business.

Lettings manager Selina Egan is delighted that the branch is blossoming in 2013 and expects Luke, who holds an industry-related degree, to make an immediate impact in helping customers achieve results in the local rental market.

She said: “We have been incredibly busy so far this year and we have had to add two new members of staff to the team since January to manage the huge number of request from landlords, tenants and investors.

Luke joins Connells in Leamington having worked in estate agency in London since 2011 and he will cover Leamington and Warwick in his new role. With two years’ experience of the capital’s bustling property market under his belt Luke brings a significant amount of knowledge and expertise to the award-winning estate agent.
