“I knew that prior to my arrival much time was spent on interviewing prospective candidates for the vacant senior sales negotiator role, but without a successful applicant being appointed.

“I am very pleased to report that Tom Glancy has agreed to join myself, John Ansell and Olivia Butterworth to complete the sales team in Kenilworth. Tom joins us with four years’ estate agency experience in south Warwickshire where he was consistently the top sales negotiator for his previous company.”

“When recruiting, I always look for somebody who has similar values to myself.

“In a short space of time, it is already apparent that, in Tom, I have somebody who understands the importance of first class customer service for our clients and prospective purchasers alike.

“I strongly believe that anyone who has any dealings with Tom will have a pleasurable experience.”

Tom said: “I am extremely happy to have joined Heritage Property at such an exciting time. During the interview process I was taken by the level of commitment and passion that there is among the team here and I very much wanted to be part of that.

“An observation I had was that Heritage Property held old school values and principles, coupled with forward-thinking initiatives. Needless to say the first couple of weeks have been something of a whirlwind but I am looking forward to being a long term part of Heritage Property’s success.”

Mark has already been impressed by Olivia Butterworth who joined the team in Kenilworth 18 months ago.

After his initial month working with Olivia, Mark said: “Our managing director, Richard Hill, had told me how good Olivia was and I have seen for myself why she has enjoyed tremendous success selling properties in Kenilworth.”

John Ansell, branch manager added: “What can I say about Olivia? She joined us as a trainee estate agent and has just blossomed in her time with us. Working with her each day you can see how driven she is to be the best at what she does and our clients regularly comment on the great service she provides.

“If you are looking to buy or sell a property in and around Kenilworth I would encourage you to pay Mark and his team a visit and experience what excellent customer service is.”
