Natalie takes the reins in Warwick

Natalie joins the Warwick branch from Connells’ sister office in Leamington and brings almost eight years experience to her new role.

Warwick’s new manager offers a wealth of expertise to the team having worked for Connells for the last five years.

Natalie is also very knowledgeable about the housing market in and around Warwick, so is well placed to help home buyers and sellers make the right move for them.

She said: “I am thrilled to take on the role of branch manager for such a successful local estate agency. Indeed, Connells Warwick is one of the company’s top ten branches out of almost 200 nationwide.

“We have seen a very active market since the start of 2012, with greater interest from buyers translating into more sales, which is good news for anyone looking to sell their home.

Encouragingly, the Connells Warwick team has recorded higher numbers of buyers across the board since the start of the year, from those looking to get on the property ladder for the first time, to families and couples looking to downsize. Natalie credits growth in the local housing market to greater confidence from buyers and availability of mortgage finance.

She added: “Contrary to the market a couple of years ago, when sellers were nervous of marketing their properties and buyers thought they wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage, we are now seeing more opportunities for all types of buyers.
