Now you can buy a new home from your iPhone

The newly developed application means all properties listed at the chartered surveyors and estate agents’ offices in Leamington and Warwick can be viewed on a smartphone complete with a full description, photographs, floor plans, the address and even a Google map of where to find it.

Managing director James Hawkesford said: “This is very much the way forward. In this rapidly changing world of technology it’s important we keep abreast of the latest developments and make use of them to market our clients’ properties.

“More than 80 per cent of all properties are viewed first on the internet, so having our own app just makes us more user-friendly. If most people want to view properties on the internet, then we are giving our clients the edge by making their homes available on iPhones, as well as on computers.”

Anyone interested in downloading the application should go to the App Store on their iPhone, search for ‘Hawkesford’ and then download it.
