Stuart joins the Heritage Property sales team in Kenilworth

Since Heritage Property completed the successful merger with Newey Property Sales just 12 months ago much has changed.

The culmination of a year of hard work was completed last month when Stuart Hortop joined the sales team at Kenilworth.

Richard Hill, managing director said: “It has taken longer than I would have hoped, but I feel very happy with the sales team I now have in place at Kenilworth.  My primary objective was to put in place a management team that shared my view of an estate agency, underpinned by a strong customer service focus.

“I achieved this earlier in the year when Meryl Rose-Duncan agreed to become the sales manager in Kenilworth. With her guidance the team has made significant steps into improving our sales figures and market share in a very short time.

“More recently we are pleased that Stuart Hortop agreed to join our progressive team and he is already starting to make his mark.  To coin a football analogy, it was always my aim to have a balance of experience and youth in the team. This balance ensures that our focus on excellent customer services is developed and shared throughout the office.”

Stuart recently completed his degree in planning and property development prior to joining Heritage Property and appears to be enjoying life after his brief stay with another local agent.

John Ansell, branch manager, said: “I am already receiving excellent feedback from our clients and purchasers alike about Stuart and we are confident he will develop into a very well rounded estate agent.

“He has fitted in well in a very short space of time and seems to be enjoying his role very much. His sales performance would certainly suggest he is!”

Stuart Hortop said: “It’s been something of a whirlwind couple of weeks really. I have been surprised just how hard you have to work to achieve results. You convince yourself that a job will be easy, but I have quickly learned that you get out what you put in. I particularly enjoy the diversity the job provides. Accompanying all viewings, booking valuations, negotiating sales and sales progression makes for a very interesting, albeit busy day.

“I am looking forward to working hard and helping the company continue to grow its share of the sales market in Kenilworth.”
