Sunny outlook for Knight Frank
Rupert Wakley, head of Knight Frank’s Stratford upon Avon office said: “Figures like this just go to show that property is selling, despite media coverage. Buyers and sellers want to get on with their lives and this has been reflected in the activity we’ve seen this year.
“Enquiry levels are good and we are getting a positive response to the new properties we have brought to the market, both from local purchasers and those further afield.”

In the last three months alone potential buyers from 111 different countries have viewed properties for sale online through Knight Frank’s Stratford upon Avon office.
The market remains short of good quality stock and it is still a challenge for buyers to find the right property.
Wakley adds that vendors need to be pragmatic in terms of guide prices. He said: “The market is incredibly price sensitive and prices have to adjust to market forces.
“With buyers coming to use from outside the area and internationally, we are confident of a successful summer market”
