Taylor Wimpey gets five stars

The UK-wide survey from the HBF is sent to all new home purchasers eight weeks after their moving-in date, and asks them to rate their house builder on the service they received and the quality of their new home.

From this, each company is awarded a star rating from one to five.

Nine out of ten Taylor Wimpey customers said they were satisfied with the quality of their new home and would recommend Taylor Wimpey to a friend. Both results officially rank Taylor Wimpey as a five star builder.
