Wiglesworth in Leamington celebrates 20 years in the business

The firm was established in Leamington when Roger Wiglesworth and current partner Ian Simpson opened the doors at 14 Euston Place, a former building society, in June 1991.

Roger said: “There was a recession at the time, but we quickly established the firm as a leading estate agency within the town.”

Nick Williams joined the partnership shortly afterwards and Ian Simpson subsequently opened the Coventry branch in 1995.

Ian said: “The last 20 years have seen extremes in the property market and it has been a real roller coaster ride, but throughout this period the name Wiglesworth & Co has become synonymous with professionalism and high quality service standing us in very good stead for the future.”

The opportunity was taken to thank everyone concerned, including current and some former employees, for their support.

Nick Williams said: “The luncheon was a delightful way of showing appreciation to all involved with the firm as well as renewing acquaintances with former colleagues.”
