Action taken on abusive Leamington man

Nicholas Hamilton, of Buckley Road, was issued with the injunction by Warwick District Council’s housing department to put an end to his attitude towards council staff, contractors and agents and to his neighbours and those visiting the area around his home.

If he breaches the injunction, which lasts until December 2013, he will be arrested and brought before the court.

Last month the council obtained two more such injunctions against Mark McBaine of Humphris Street, Warwick, and Robert Hall of Napton Drive, Leamington.
