Air ambulance rescue man after crash near Leamington
A man who was injured in a crash in Cubbington was rescued by an air ambulance this morning (Friday).
The 30-year old man had been driving a van which collided head on with a car during the morning rush hour and suffered head and leg injuries in the incident, which occured just before 8am.
A crew from the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance were called to the scene and on arrival, they gave him pain relief and then flew him to the University Hospital in Coventry for further treatment.
