All the fun of the fair as Long Itchington village celebrates 101 years of carnival

Long Itchington celebrates 101 years of its village carnival this Bank Holiday Monday (May 25).

The procession of floats will assemble from 12 noon in The Square moving off around 1pm though the village up to the school field in Stockton Road, where the fete starts about 2pm.

Attractions include children’s entertainment and face painting, land train, welly wanging, fairground attractions, 2 x birds of prey flying displays, a marching band, Inspire Dance and Zumba displays and many side stalls to browse and enjoy and teddies to be won. Refreshments available including candy floss, popcorn, hot dogs and delicious cakes.
