Ancient culture explored at Leamington temple

Visitors to the Shree Krishna Mandir (Hindu temple) in Leamington were given an insight into ancient Indian civilisation at an exhibition focusing on 19th century spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda, who travelled the world to encourage the grasping of universal values.

Included were exhibits on temples and ancient architecture, art, dance and music, yoga and Ayurveda and Indian thinkers’ contribution to maths and science.
