Appeal to find driver after collision In Blackdown

Police are appealing for witnesses after a serious road traffic collision on Bericote Road in Blackdown near Leamington on Tuesday at about 2.30pm.

The collision involved a silver Vauxhall Corsa and a blue Volvo skip loader.

An 80-year-old man sustained life-threatening injuries and remains in hospital.

Police are looking to identify the driver of an agricultural tractor unit, who was in the area at the time of the incident.

Any other witnesses are also urged to call 101 quoting S01/1090/14, asking to speak with Pc David Ellames.
