Armed police attend incident in Mason Avenue, Lillington
ARMED officers were deployed as police closed off a Lillington street this morning (Friday).
Part of Mason Avenue was cordoned off and residents reported seeing police with guns in a cul-de-sac off the street at around 7am.
Police cars left the area at around 10am. The force has not yet revealed the nature of the operation.
