A male was arrested from the property and is currently in custody at Leamington Police Station.

It follows another warrant executed at an undisclosed address in Leamington on Friday morning where a property was searched by armed police who were looking for the suspect. No arrests were made on this occasion.

PC Jon Belcher, the community beat manager for Leamington North said: “These warrants illustrate that the Police will proactively follow up on intelligence that is provided to us by the community.

“On both of these occasions, the operations were planned in advance and the cordons were only put in place to allow the officers to operate safely.
