Armistice Day and miners’ strike

Warwick town mayor Moira-Ann Grainger will today be attending the Remembrance Sunday ceremony at the war memorial in Church Street.

Then on Tuesday, Cllr Grainger will attend the actual Armistice Day service which is due to start at 10.30am.

Later in the day the Tory councillor has been invited to attend a screening of the miners’ strike film, Still The Enemy Within, at Warwickshire College.
