Binswood retirement development wins national award
A Leamington luxury retirement development has been named as the best in its category in a national new homes awards.
Audley Binswood, at the grade II listed Binswood Hall in Binswood Avenue, was opened in May and is home to 90 apartments for those aged 55 and over.
It has been given the title of Best Retirement Development at the What House? Awards - which means developer Audley Retirement Villages has now won the award for three consecutive years.
Nick Sanderson, CEO of Audley Retirement, said: “To win once is a huge testament to what we’ve achieved so to win Gold for three consecutive years makes me incredibly proud.”
