Binswood retirement village taking shape

The original Victorian and Regency period architectural qualities of Binswood Hall,in Beauchamp Avenue, have been retained as part of the renovation work, with the first phase of apartments now complete and 13 owners having celebrated their first Christmas at the former Leamington College site.

Audley Binswood started work on the Audley Retirement development last summer and by spring the site will include The Audley Club, which will have a restaurant, a bar and bistro, a library, swimming pool and a health and wellbeing centre which will all be open to the public.

The remaining properties, which include the head master’s office and the art block, are available to view.
