Blaze at house in Chesterton

Crews were called at about 11.45pm and the property was well alight on their arrival.

Four breathing apparatus, two jets and two hose reels were used.

The property was vacated before the fire service arrived.

Once the fire was out, crews spent time at the scene damping down and ventilating the property.

Firefighters from Leamington, Southam, Wellesbourne, Coleshill and the Fire and Emergency Support Service from Kenilworth attended.
