Burglars search Leamington home and steal Mercedes

Sometime between 8am and 4.35pm on Thursday February 3 burglars entered a home in Troutbeck Avenue and smashed a glass door at the back of the property.

Once inside, the burglars made an untidy search of the whole house, including the loft and garage, and stole a camera and car keys before stealing the car off the driveway outside.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area and heard the sound of glass smashing.

Police are carrying out house to house enquiries and appealing for any witnesses to contact them as soon as possible.

After the Mercedes, registration KU52 AMV, was stolen it may have been driven at speed or erratically away from the area and someone might have noticed this.
