Police are at the scene and advising motorists to avoid the area.
Warwickshire Police said: "Millers Road outside Warwick Hospital is down to one lane due to vehicle fire on the bend.
"Traffic towards the hospital from Cape Road currently being sent down Wathen Road.
"Avoid area if possible."
