Careers and training event for post GCSE and A level students in Leamington
The event, which takes place at Marlborough House in Holly Walk tomorrow (Wednesday), is aimed especially at young people who did not achieve the grades they had hoped and are still undecided about what to do next.
It is also aimed at reducing the number of young people who are not in education, employment or training.

Hide AdSteve Stewart, chief executive careers guidance company CSWP Ltd, said: “Each year, following GCSE and A Level results, there are hundreds of young people in the Leamington area who are still undecided about what to do next as September approaches.
“ This year the Jobs & Careers Shop is providing a special free event to help them make the right decisions at this crucial time in their lives.
“ Every young person is different, and what is the right decision for one won’t be right for another. On hand will be experts on apprenticeships, training providers from local colleges, experts in helping navigate through the minefield of university clearing, and our own National Careers Service advisers. We’ll have all the latest information on jobs vacancies too.
“ We’ve already written to hundreds of young people who received GCSE or A Level results this summer inviting them to come along, and we’ve written to many of their parents too. Where possible we’re encouraging parents to accompany their daughters or sons.
