Celebrate Fairtrade in Leamington
Leamington’s Fairtrade Steering Group is celebrating World Fairtrade Day on Saturday by hosting a ethically-responsible lunch and launching a new directory at the town’s parish church.
The directory, which will be launched by Anna Misterska of the national Fairtrade Foundation, gives details of where to find Fairtrade products and services in the town.
The event, which takes place at All Saints’ church from 11.30am to 3pm, will include stalls, children’s activities, talks and musical entertainment and a special lunch for invited guests at the church’s Cafe Within.
The directory will from Saturday be available online and at Leamington town hall.
