Cubbington Primary School’s Garden of Eden is well on its way to a fruitful future after volunteers and children helped to plant trees and fruit bushes at a ‘big plant’ morning at the school on March 7.

Pictured with volunteers and children are the Rev Graham Coles of St Mary’s church, headteacher Cathy Clarke and Mike Smith from Smiths Nursery, which sponsored the planting. Volunteer and event organiser Pam Wilcox said: “We had a brilliant day.”
