A car was stolen in broad daylight from a car park in Kenilworth.

The incident happened at sometime between 1.50pm and 2.30pm on Tuesday (August 25) at the Abbey Fields car park in Bridge Street.

A blue Ford Fiesta ST-3 Turbo with the registration GM14 YBR was stolen.

Police also think that a blue Mercedes saloon, using false number plates, was possibly also involved in this theft.

Officers are appealing for anyone with any information to come forward by calling 101 and quoting incident number 246 of August 25.
