A driver was spotted driving erratically through traffic in Warwick on Saturday - and jumping a red light.
And when police stopped the vehicle, they found another disturbing offence.
"On checking the vehicle the rear nearside brake pad was excessively worn and in a dangerous condition," said OPU Warwickshire.
"Driver reported for the driving offences and the vehicle issued with PG9 prohibition notice."
