Five men have been arrested after two people were stabbed in Rugby yesterday (Friday April 17).
Police were called at about 4.30pm to a disturbance in Clifton Road where they found a 17-year-old boy and 18-year-old man with stab wounds.

Hide AdThe victims were taken to hospital. Their injuries are not thought to be serious.


A 21-year-old man from Coventry, three 21-year-old men from Rugby and an 18-year-old man from Rugby were arrested nearby a short time later.
Four of them were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
The 18-year-old was arrested on suspicion of committing a public order offence.

Hide AdHe was also wanted for breach of a court order and was detained on this matter.
The suspects remain in police custody.
Police are appealing for anyone with information, who witnessed the incident or has dash cam footage from the area to get in touch.
