A Leamington man will appear in court in connection with social media messages allegedly sent to a political candidate in the run up to the General Election in December 2019.
The 30-year-old has been requisitioned to appear at Magistrates’ Court in Leamington on July 3 charged with sending 'a public communication network an offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing message or matter'.
The messages were allegedly sent between December 10 and December 12 2019.
