Luisa Santos, of High Town, was arrested following a report of a woman being assaulted at a licensed premises in High Town on the afternoon of Saturday, May 12.
The 46-year-old was charged with attempted murder and with possessing a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place.
Santos has been remanded to appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court today, May 23.
