Thieves target cars in Kenilworth and Cubbington

Vehicles in Kenilworth and Cubbington are the latest to be targeted by thieves.

Over the last few days three vehicles were broken into.

The first incident (crime reference 23/42441/20) happened on Friday (October 2).

At around 1.15pm someone gained access to a Peugeot 206 that was parking in Coventry Road in Cubbington.

Police say that a handbag was stolen and that the thief made off in a grey Mini.

The second incident (incident number 275 of October 4) happened between 4.30pm and 5.30pm on Sunday (October 4).

Someone broke into a Ford Ranger vehicle while it was parked in Crackley Lane in Kenilworth. They made off with a handbag that included a purse and bank cards.

Another incident (incident 362 of October 4) happened sometime between 6pm and 9pm on Sunday (October 4).

Someone broke into a white Vauxhall Viva that was parked in Abbey End in Kenilworth.

A purse was stolen from inside.
