A 51-year-old man from Warwick has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting an emergency worker.

It comes after officers responded to a potential Covid-19 breach in Warwick yesterday (Sunday) where an officer is reported to have been assaulted.

A police spokesperson said: "The man remains in police custody at this time."
