Cyclists raise money for village in India

CYCLISTS braved rain, wind and hail to raise money for a village in India on Sunday.

Riders from Warwickshire and London took part in the fifth annual Buwan Kothi International Trust cycle ride in memory of the trust’s founder, Leamington racial equality campaigner Gilly Mundy.

The trust, which has opened a school in Haryana Province, will hold a family fun day at the Sydni Centre tomorrow (Saturday) from 4pm to 9pm. Tickets cost £10.
