Managing director Rob Hubbard said: “We are delighted and honoured to have received these awards from the well-respected Learning and Performance Institute. It feels fantastic to have our work recognised in this way.”

The company’s winning entry was a project with one of the world’s largest energy companies to help them roll out a methodology for organisation design and provide online opportunities for their people to collaborate and share knowledge and best practice.

The project has resulted in significant cost savings for the organisation, has boosted their internal capabilities and helped them to develop and connect their staff.

Ed Monk, managing director of Learning and Performance Institute, said: ”With a record number of entries this year, almost 300, to be a finalist is in itself an outstanding achievement”.
