“Clearly this is a concern and we would like to make contact with her as soon as possible in order to offer professional help and support.”
Louise, also known as Louise Pinto, is described as white, around 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build, with long curly black hair and blue eyes.
Police have issued a photo taken roughly ten years ago when she had blond hair. This is believed to still accurately reflect her facial appearance.

She is a very sociable lady, even with strangers, so we’d ask for anyone who thinks they may have seen or spoken to Louise to contact us immediately.”
