Free bike checks for Leamington rail users
RAIL commuters in Leamington who cycle to the station can take advantage of free bike checks next week.
Warwickshire County Council, the British Transport Police, Chiltern Railways and bicycle repair company Bike Fixers are holding the events at Leamington station on Monday and Friday (November 9), where mechanics will examine bikes and cyclists will be able to register with the British Transport Police. Reduced-priced bike locks will also be available.
The events take place from 8am to 6pm. Cyclists will need to provide three valid train tickets over a two-week period as proof of being a regular commuter.
