Free police tags offered to keep tools safe

Community policing teams will be at Smith’s Nurseries in Stoneleigh Road on May 24 where items can be marked for free.

The tags will help identify stolen property in the event of thefts, and should help any stolen goods be returned.

Open from 10am to 3pm, the tag session will be run with help from Warwickshire Rural Watch and cover items including large gardening equipment, chainsaws and tools.

The team will also circulate crime prevention advice on the day.
