Fundraising walk will help residents at nursing home

STAFF at a Leamington care home will be putting on their walking boots to raise money to help its residents.

The money raised by the sponsored walk will go towards Arden House’s amenities fund which covers activities and events at the home.

The event is part of a larger nationwide fundraising effort by homes which are part of the Greensleeves Homes Trust.

Participants will walk for two miles, starting at Clarendon Square and following a circular route around the town and back to Arden House via Adelaide Road, Kenilworth Road and Beauchamp Avenue.

The walk, which takes place on Saturday April 21, starts at 11am and refreshments will be provided at the end.
