Grant applications open
COMMUNITY grants of up to £3,000 are available from both the Warwick Area Fund and the Community Forum Grant Fund.
The grants are given to small projects which provide new opportunities for people, particularly those who experience disadvantage or exclusion from mainstream activities, or enable greater community involvement in public services.
Bids must be made with support from the county councillor for the electoral division in which the project is based or with the support of a county councillor involved with the group concerned where bids are for a wider area or community interest.
The deadline for applications is Friday September 9.
Councillors will choose the successful applications at the Warwick Area Committee on Tuesday October 11.
