Grant enables hall makeover

The money will go towards redecorating the main room, which is regularly used for dance classes, children’s groups, functions, public meetings and as a polling station.

Chis Cole, chairman of the hall’s management committee, said: “We offer a facility that is open to everyone and is vital to the life of the village.

“The grant from TalkTalk enables us to maintain our facilities to a high standard and will be used to give the main hall a much-needed facelift.”

TalkTalk is also investing £50,000 in bringing faster broadband to Wellesbourne.
