Grants available for services that help people get around

GRANTS of up to £30,000 are being made available for initiatives that improve links for people in Bucks who live away from major transport routes, thanks to a new scheme.

The Community Transport Challenge Fund has been launched by Transport for Bucks, Bucks Community Foundation and Community Impact Bucks.

There about 75 community transport schemes in the county, many of them run by small teams of volunteers.
