Group for older women receives boost from town trust
A group for older women in Leamington has been boosted with a £750 donation from the Gursewak Trust.
The multicultural group provides activities for older women.
Dr Gurmit Singh, a trustee of the Gursewat Trust, said: “It has been a pleasure to help the ladies. My own mother use to be a regular member. It was a chance for her to meet with the group and get out of the house twice a week.”
Gursewak Trust is a Leamington charity which assists many groups.
