Harbury Pre-School’s new safety surface surprise
Staff and children at Harbury Pre-School were delighted to discover their play area had a new colourful safety surface when they returned from the summer break this year.
The existing surface had become weathered and worn and was about to be deemed unsafe for the children to use.
The pre-school’s committee stepped in and applied to the Awards for All lottery grants programme which, along with the efforts of the school’s fundraising group provided £6,000 for the work.
