Hospital’s A&E is up there with best in UK

Warwick Hospital’s accident and emergency department has been rated as among the best in the country by patients, South Warwickshire NHS Trust has said.

The trust received positive results following a national survey which asked patients to rate different elements of their experience.

The 2014 Quality Health survey reports on a number of factors that could contribute to a patient’s experience.

Ninety three per cent of patients answered yes when asked if they felt they were treated with dignity while they were in the A&E department’ while 83 per cent of patients rated their overall experience seven or higher out of ten.
