How clean is Sandra’s house? Spotless!

HOUSEPROUD Sandra Cotton was a little nervous on Saturday when cleaning guru Aggie MacKenzie paid her a visit.

But Mrs Cotton, who lives in Morse Road, Whitnash, had nothing to worry about as the television presenter, of How Clean is Your House? fame, told her the house was one of the cleanest she has visited.

A big fan of the show Mrs Cotton entered a competition to win a visit from Aggie by sending off her top cleaning tip in a Sainsbury’s employee competition.

Her winning method is to use a dishwasher to clean oven racks at a high temperature and then use a scouring pad to remove excess carbon immediately after the cycle is complete.

Mrs Cotton shared cleaning advice with Aggie and received a bottle of champagne, a signed copy of the presenter’s latest book and some cleaning products.
