Indulge to raise money for group which supports the families of children with Down’s Syndrome

WOMEN are being invited to indulge in a pamper evening and help a Lillington-based group that offers support to families of children with Down’s Syndrome.

The Ups of Downs, which has been run by parents of such children since 2006, is holding the event, which will include more than 30 stalls selling jewellery, home and craft products and beauty treatment sessions, at the Chesford Grange Hotel in Kenilworth on Sunday March 11. All visitors will be presented with a complimentary glass of wine and all proceeds from the event will be used to fund speech and language therapy, resources, training and other types of support for the children associated with the group and their families.

The Ups of Downs parents and children meet at Lillington Primary School in Cubbington Road, Lillington, every Friday from 12pm to 2pm.
